❓ How do I report a bug?
You can report bugs using the contact form above (select "Bug Report" as the subject) or by emailing us directly at hello@smartimgkit.com. Please include your browser name and version, the tool you were using, and a description of what happened. Screenshots are very helpful.
💡 Can I request a new tool or feature?
Absolutely! We love hearing ideas from our users. Use the contact form (select "Feature Request") or email us. If your idea aligns with our mission of providing free, browser-based image tools, we will add it to our roadmap. We cannot guarantee every request will be implemented, but we read and consider every suggestion.
🔒 Is my data safe?
Yes. SmartImgKit processes all images entirely in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, and we have no ability to access, view, or store your images. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and continue using most tools. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.
🔌 Do you offer an API for developers?
We are currently exploring options for a self-hosted API that developers can integrate into their own applications. Since our tools run client-side, the same core logic can be packaged as a Node.js module. If you are interested in API access or a custom integration, please contact us with details about your use case — we would love to discuss it.
