Detailed User Guide
Step 1: Upload Your Image
Click the dropzone or drag and drop an image file (JPG, PNG, or WebP). Photos taken with smartphones or cameras usually contain EXIF metadata. The tool will detect and display any metadata found.
Step 2: Remove EXIF Metadata
Click "Remove EXIF" to strip all hidden metadata from the image. This includes:
- GPS location — Precise coordinates where the photo was taken
- Camera info — Make, model, lens, and camera settings
- Timestamp — Date and time the photo was taken
- Software info — Editing software and version
- Copyright — Copyright notice and artist info
